Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?

No. You can self-refer directly for any of our services. Simply call us or use the online enquiry form to get started. No referral letter is required.

When do I pay for my appointment?

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. If you have any questions about accepted payment methods, please contact your nearest clinic before your visit.

Are there any additional charges I should know about?

Most appointment fees include both the consultation and any treatment carried out in clinic during that session. Where a treatment, device or specialist procedure is charged separately, this is clearly listed above and will always be discussed with you beforehand.

Is podiatry covered by health insurance?

Many private health insurance policies cover podiatry treatment. Please check your policy directly with your insurer before your appointment. We can provide receipts and supporting documentation where needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Please contact your clinic directly and we will do our best to accommodate you. Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

How many appointments will I need?

That depends on your condition and the type of treatment required. Some patients need a single appointment, while others benefit from a short course of treatment over several visits. We will explain what to expect after your initial assessment.

I am not sure which appointment to book — can you help?

Absolutely. Contact us and we will help you choose the most appropriate appointment type before you book. There is no obligation and we are happy to talk through your symptoms first.
